Account and Data Deletion Request

TinyFleet PM lets you request deletion of your app account and associated personal data from inside the app or from this page.

Submit a request

Use either path:

1. In TinyFleet PM, open More -> Profile & Settings -> Request Account Deletion.
2. Email Tinyfleetpm@yahoo.com from the email address on your account with the subject Account deletion request.

Include only your account email and, if known, the fleet or organization name. Never send your password, verification code, API key, Passport token, payment card information, precise location, or private attachment.

We will ask you to confirm control of the account before acting on the request. If you cannot access the original email, we may require other reasonable proof to prevent unauthorized deletion.

What the request covers

After identity and ownership checks, TinyFleet may:

• remove or disable your login;
• remove your personal profile and device/session access;
• deactivate your organization memberships;
• remove personal notification or preference data that is not required for security, fraud prevention, support, or legal compliance.

If you are the only owner of a fleet, we may require you to transfer ownership or separately confirm closure of that organization before disabling your access.

Records that may be retained

TinyFleet is a durable equipment-record system. Shared organization records may be retained or de-identified when needed to protect other members, preserve maintenance and ownership history, support safety and fraud investigations, or meet legal obligations. These records can include asset history, maintenance logs, meter readings, parts and inventory transactions, attachments, ownership history, audit evidence, and historical actor identifiers.

Retained records are not a reason to keep an active login. Where practical, personal contact information is removed or separated while stable historical attribution remains intact.

Timing and questions

We will acknowledge the request and explain any required ownership transfer, identity check, retention, or legal limitation. Confirmed requests are handled without unreasonable delay and within applicable legal deadlines.
