Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
Effective date: September 1, 2026
You can cancel a TinyFleet PM subscription online without calling us. This policy explains how cancellation affects billing and data.
1. How to cancel
In TinyFleet PM, an account owner opens Settings -> Manage Billing -> Open Billing Portal. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal, where the account owner can review the subscription and confirm cancellation.
If you cannot access the portal, email Tinyfleetpm@yahoo.com from the address associated with your account and use the subject Cancel subscription. Include the organization name and account email, but never send your password or full payment-card number. We may verify your identity and authority before changing the subscription.
2. When cancellation takes effect
Unless Stripe shows a different result before confirmation, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly or annual term. You can continue using paid features through that date, and the subscription will not renew.
The Stripe Customer Portal shows the scheduled end date and may allow an account owner to reactivate the subscription before cancellation takes effect.
Additional storage is part of the subscription. Reducing storage may require current usage to fit within the lower limit and an explicit confirmation. TinyFleet does not automatically add a paid storage block.
3. Trials and failed payments
An eligible 30-day no-card trial ends without a charge unless you choose a paid plan and add a payment method.
If a paid charge fails, Stripe may retry it and send billing notices. The timing and number of retries can vary. Access may be limited or suspended if payment is not recovered, subject to applicable law and the Terms of Service.
4. Refunds
Canceling prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund a charge already paid. The Refund Policy explains refund eligibility, including the initial monthly and annual refund windows and billing-error reviews.
5. Data after cancellation
Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your login or shared fleet records. Access and feature availability after the paid term may depend on the account's billing state and the features then available. Do not rely on a promised post-cancellation read-only or export window; download supported reports and files you need before the subscription ends.
TinyFleet may preserve durable maintenance, ownership, cost, billing, security, and audit records to protect other organization members, maintain record integrity, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Cancellation is not an account-deletion request.
To request deletion of your login and associated personal information, follow the Account and Data Deletion Policy. Some shared or durable records may remain as that policy explains.
6. If TinyFleet ends a subscription or the Service
We may suspend or end a subscription for nonpayment, fraud, unlawful activity, security risk, or material violation of the Terms of Service. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
If TinyFleet discontinues the Service, we will provide reasonable advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to retrieve supported exports when practical. Nothing in this section limits rights provided by applicable law.
